I have been back at work now for almost two weeks. I think I forgot just how much I love not having to go to work. I think I should take leave more often!
Sales are generally not that exciting here in Canberra town. I know some of the sale stock I did see was stuff I had seen on sale racks previously. Kinda disappointing! So I didn’t really frequent the sales much during my break but I did pick up this practical handbag that can carry pretty much anything I want from French Connection. 
Was marked down 50% – score! Though I normally prefer smaller ones, I liked this one because it was a useful size and part of my goal this year is to take more photos and I can actually fit any of my bulky manual cameras in it.
As for taking pictures, not going too badly. It is hard to find inspiration shuffling to and from work and the gym during the week. The forecast looks good for this weekend so I should be able to go for a walk and finish some film off. I love my Holga. Really starting to get the hang of it now. There is something exciting about getting film developed. I think digital cameras make people lazy. I am also looking forward to my new camera arriving soon. A Smena from Russian deadstock. Woo!

One of my last purchases before the credit cards went the way of the freezer.
I loved shopping at Top Shop when I was living in the UK. Coming from Australia where high street fashion is lacking (though it is improving now) it was such a change to find somewhat edgy affordable fashion. I missed the shop a lot when I moved back to Australia. Finding out that TopShop ship here (!!!) made my day and I have had my eyes glued to the shop since which is bad for my wallet but more than okay for me. The exchange rate is not that bad at the moment and I am pretty sure that shipping doesnt go up and down depending on how much you order. I ordered these two weeks ago and they arrived a couple days ago. I love that new clothes feeling!

Another lovely spring(ish) weekend over and back to the daily grind at my full time job.
I just love handbags. I have always loved them. Collected them. I think I could go a good couple of months using a different one each day and not have double ups. I do have a few which are my regulars for work, and generally carrying around my stuff I need day to day. I work in an office and there is so much bland in there! Grey and black are staple clothes for everyone I just love to add some colour! Here are some of my favourites for work…
